Korean 비빔밥 (Bibimbap) inspired breakfast, super tasty! Can can spit fire now ;)

What’s in it?
- Rice- Cucumber- Fern (in Korean: 고사리 -Gosari-)- Dried Asian Pumpkin- Soybean Sprouts- Gochujang (고추장), the famous red chili paste!- Sesame (seed) Oil
I fried tofu slices (not on the picture), but you can also add eggs to it!

How to do this:
1. Wash the dried asian pumpkin and the fern (Gosari) and put it into water, it has to soak at least one to two days! This is a bit tricky, it might depend where you bought the dried pumkin (slices) and Gosari, but you need this step, do not skip it!2. Prepare the rice, this means washing it and cooking it through the rice cooker3. Cut the Tofu in slices and fry them using a pan, be sure to put oil into the pan otherwise the tofu will stick to it (Tofu slices are not on the picture above)4. Cut the pumpkin into smaller slices and fry them lightly together with the Gosari and soy bean sprouts in a metal pan5. Cut the cucumber into slices6. Get a bowl, place the rice into it first and decorate it with the other ingredients. You can either cut the Tofu slices into smaller parts and put it into the bowl or just keep it7. Add some Gochujang and you are ready to eat!

Where did I get the ingredients?
You can buy the rice in any Asia shop around the globe, the same goes for the Gochujang (red chili paste), Tofu and soy bean sprouts. As for the dried asian pumpkin slices and Gosari (Fern) it gets a bit more difficult. I got the dried pumpkin slices and dried Gosari directly from Korea (through relatives) and suggest you ask the manager of the Asia shop if he/she also sells it. You can buy the cucumber in any super market as well as the Sesame Oil!
You can add any other ingredients you like to it, but I recommend to add the cucumber to it, whatever you create because this will give you the freshness you need to get as much Gochujang you can ;)
Soup and other food options (like fried tofu slices) are up to you!
